Prior to this, Arvin contributed as Vice President at LakeWest Group, a premier, independent retail management consulting firm. At LakeWest, he offered strategic advice to retail clients, guiding business process redesign, technology selection and implementation, and the creation of consumer-centric, revenue-driven plans.
