Kate Cullen, recognized as a Top Woman in Grocery by Progressive Grocer in 2022, is a Group Product Manager of Search and Monetization at Kroger. From the early days of standing up Kroger Precision Marketing to bridging Search and Monetization strategy and technology, Kate has held a range of roles that have led to a unique understanding of ecommerce and alternate revenue streams. Kate is motivated by finding ways of utilizing data and technology to anticipate customer needs and inspire them along the path to purchase. Outside of work, she’s an advocate of advancing literacy and loves to chat about books.
