Jess Walker is Senior Director of Product Management overseeing E-commerce, Incentives and Loyalty products at Inmar Intelligence. Jess has been with Inmar for over eight years and joined the company via acquisition of his second high-tech start up which focused on building visionary software solutions for the top Fortune 500 technology companies including Cisco Systems, AMD and IBM. Jess is currently leading Inmar’s Total Commerce strategy to deliver an immersive shopper experience for grocery retail. Key to this strategy is the intersection of Commerce, Incentives, Loyalty and Personalization to drive incremental gains for retailers. Jess currently holds 13 patents with a focus on shopper and retail centric solutions and is a member of Inmar’s patent council. Jess has over 20 years experience working in the ever changing digital and technology landscape and is incredibly customer-centric in his approach to providing value for his clients.
