Currently serving as senior vice president and chief product officer at Sam’s Club, Todd brings more than 20 years of experience across product, strategy, operations, and innovation. In his current role, he is focused on creating solutions that deliver value and convenience to both Sam’s Club members and associates. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of In-Club Product at Sam’s Club where he delivered elevated associate and member Club experiences to include inventory intelligence, frictionless exit, and omni fulfillment.

Todd has also worked at Starbucks, advised retail, financial and industrial companies as a consultant with Bain & Company, and served as a captain in the United States Air Force.

Todd credits his first job, working at a Walmart Supercenter in Muscatine, Iowa, with sparking his passion for retail, and his time at Asurion Insurance Services for his love of product management.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he concentrated on Finance, Economics and Strategic Management.
