Kevin Minor currently serves as the Private Sector Coordinator (PSC) for the FBI Dallas Division who manages the FBI’s Corporate Outreach and Private Sector Engagement initiatives. These initiatives promote private sector partnerships focused on critical infrastructure protection.

Mr. Minor entered on duty with the FBI in 2005. After graduating from the FBI Academy, he was assigned to the San Antonio Division/McAllen Office, where he worked criminal enterprise investigations related to transnational organized crime/Mexican Cartels, gangs, violent crimes against children, kidnapping, illegal immigration/human trafficking, and violent incident crimes.

In October 2010, Mr. Minor transferred to the Dallas Division where he investigated white collar and public corruption matters, with an emphasis on municipalities and law enforcement corruption.

In October 2013, Mr. Minor was assigned to the Dallas Division/Frisco Office to lead investigative and intelligence efforts to combat enterprise level drug trafficking, international organized crime/BEC, and hi-tech organized crime (criminal actors operating on various online platforms).
